5. Does your company support customization?

 

We support customization. Since the establishment of the company, customized service has been one of our characteristics. We have helped many domestic and foreign customers customize a variety of products, such as mp3 music players, Bible players, AI recorders, stereos, flip pens, game consoles, headphones, cameras, mobile phones, etc.

 

Our customization services involve many aspects, including redesigning product appearance, customizing product functions, software, parameter configuration, and customizing related accessories, such as packaging boxes, manuals, product protection boxes, etc. We provide integrated customization services and are committed to helping customers create a unique brand.

 

6. What is your customization process like?

 

1) The customer provides customization requirements, and the engineer will evaluate and give a customization plan based on the customer's requirements.

 

2) After the engineer evaluates the development costs, the customer supports the relevant customization fees, and the engineer begins to design the product appearance. When the customer is satisfied with the product appearance, we start to open the mold, design the motherboard, and produce samples.

 

3) If the customer is not satisfied with the sample, we will modify and optimize the sample according to the customer's suggestions until the customer is satisfied.

 

4) If the customer is satisfied with the sample, we will start to produce large quantities.

 

 

7. What qualifications does your factory have?

 

IS0 9001, BSCl, and SAP-compliant facilities with advanced production lines forstriet quality control.

 

 

8. What is your quality inspection process like?

 

Triple-testing process (pre-production, in-line, final inspection) ensures durability.
performance, and safety.

 

1) The first step is that after the raw materials arrive at the factory, we will first conduct a 10% spot check on the raw materials. Mainly confirm the model and appearance of the raw materials.

 

2) The second step is that when we start to produce products, we will conduct 100% testing and full inspection of the motherboard.

 

3) The third step is that after the basic assembly of the product is completed, we will conduct a 100% full inspection of the product, mainly testing the screen display, whether the speaker and microphone have sound, whether the software is correct, whether the camera function is intact, Bluetooth connection problems, and whether the product appearance has bumps.

 

4) The fourth step is that after the product test is completed, confirm the customer's packaging requirements, and we will carry out the final packaging and plastic sealing.

 

 

9. Can i get the exclusive agent of one of your products?

 

Yes, our exclusive agency agreement has two modes.

 

1) You need to pay a deposit of $5000 and guarantee an annual order volume of 5000 pieces. We will not sell in designated regions or countries. We can allow you to deliver in batches. When you make the last delivery, the $5000 deposit can be used to offset the payment for the last batch of goods. One month after the last delivery, the exclusive agency will end.

 

2) You can pay $10,000 to buy the equipment. We will not sell it to any other customers except you. 

  

 

10. What certificates does your company have?

11. How long is your delivery date?

 

Regular products: After payment, i will ship within 2 days.

Customized products: Usally, it needs around 35 working days.

Bulk order: After payment. your bulk orders can be shipped within 35days
